Refund and Cancellation Policy
In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their subscriptions and request a refund from us subject to Our Policy for the cancellation and refund as mentioned below :
The Refund & Cancellation terms shall vary between various services and products. We highlight below Refund & cancellation Terms point wise.
(1)Cancellation of BSE STAR MF Registration :
- Registration Fee paid but online registration form not submitted : 100% of the amount paid shall be refundable less Rs.177/- as cancellation charges
- Registration Fee paid along with online registration form also submitted : 50% of the amount paid shall be refundable
The above rule will apply even in case the amount paid was discounted on account of applying a coupon code.
Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided or changed your mind later, we shall refund back the money subject to the respective guidelines mentioned above, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please read the fine prints of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase.
For Cancellations please write a mail to us on support@financialhelpdesk.in with the subject line as ‘’Cancellation’’. You may need to mention in the mail your account details along with IFSC Code hence the amount can be transferred directly into client’s bank account.
If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.
